Jenessa and David worked with our friends at Phantastic Papers to transform our Vendage design into vintage botanical wedding invitations for their summer celebration. We used a custom pale gray ink to letterpress print the barely-there floral pattern on the front and the back of the invitation and charcoal ink for the romantic script font used throughout the suite.

This romantic take on our Vendage letterpress wedding invitation by Kamal is overflowing with rich color. Our raspberry ink pairs beautifully with amethyst for a wedding filled with berries, wildflowers, and rustic decor. We were thrilled to create this glamorous invitation and day-of suite featuring Kamal‘s popular Vendage design for Mandy and Nishan’s beautiful wedding reception in Alberta, Canada. Their gorgeous celebration was a follow-up to an intimate destination wedding in Singapore, and was featured recently on Style Me Pretty.
From the bride, “I chose the Vendage invitation design by Kamal because it was more exotic, but also very elegant. I chose the colors based on the colors in my cholee – I loved the emerald green and gold. I thought it would be neat to do two colors — one color in letterpress ink and one in foil. The end result was gorgeous!“

Working with Union Street Papery in San Francisco, California is always AMAZING!!! Stacey and her staff are the best people EVER! They are not only savvy business women, but are genuinely kind people – and they are all HILARIOUS. Love them! When you combine a wonderful dealer with a design like Vendage, from the utterly fabulous Kamal Patel, you are bound to create magic. The Vendage letterpress invitation customization features elegant hues of champagne and charcoal along with Debi Zeinert’s hand calligraphy accents in Spencerian. By eliminating the bird motif from the original design and using a vertical layout, this customization becomes romantic and sophisticated.

This design won third place in our Bella Figura design competition for the first half of 2011. This twice-a-year competition recognizes outstanding and inspired design submitted by our beloved dealers.
Umber and Chartreuse inks laid down on our ivory paper lend this lovely letterpress wedding invitation set a distinctly earthy and organic look, while at the same time showing off some very sophisticated style. The bride and grooms names have been written out in Maura style hand calligraphy by Kelle McCarter, which gives a gorgeous dash of individuality to the Vendage design (by Kamal). To coordinate with their invitations, this couple also decided to print matching menus and program covers for their wedding. Homemade pies and cookies you say? YES PLEASE!

We love this striking 3-color letterpress customization of our Vendage design. Printed in mustard and Mediterranean inks paired with blind deboss, this design also showcases sophisticated calligraphy accents from Bella Figura callligrapher Debi Zeinert. The combination takes a very modern design and makes it incredibly elegant and chic, a twist we can’t help but love.
Our Vendage letterpress wedding invitation design has become one of 2010’s greatest hits. This customization is printed in pool and umber inks and features a horizontal orientation instead of the square featured in the original design. The envelopes are lined in pool to match the pool edge painting and the set is printed on our luxury 2-ply paper. Classic black ink for the envelope printing makes this set sophisticated, a bit whimsical and cool blend of modern and traditional design.
We love these letterpress wedding invitations, a customization of Vendage, one of our new designs for 2010. We printed these in garden and champagne inks and then edge painted them in papaya. The reply card is a 1-color letterpress design printed in garden ink and all of the pieces are tucked inside an envelope featuring a champagne liner. We just adore this combination of bright summery colors paired with the botanical design and sweet little birds, perfect for a warm summer wedding.
