Catherine and Alexander customized our Under the Tree design by changing the motif to an oak tree and using more modern, less vintage-like typography. These rustic wedding invitations were further personalized by adding our Charleston die-cut shape and our tavish envelope liner in wine ink, complimenting the espresso ink used on the invitation.

Our Under the Tree wedding invitation design served as the inspiration for Louise and Johnny’s elegant meets outdoorsy letterpress rehearsal dinner invitations. Antique gold and hunter letterpress inks were paired with formal fonts and a classic envelope liner to set the tone for their wild game dinner.

Start with an idyllic tree set upon a hill, add romantic hand calligraphy accents and a dramatic diecut shape – now top it off with über sophisticated Gold Matte foil. Voilà – our Under the Tree wedding invitation design as imagined by Jessica and Jeffrey for their recent Wichita wedding. A hand calligraphed duogram and a customization of our Pearse envelope liner pattern complete the look.

We’re loving this Under the Tree (by Maura Gaulthier) wedding invitation suite submitted by our friends at Catherine Gretta Affairs of Distinction in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The happy couple chose to personalize their invitation a bit, by choosing a text based monogram instead of the tree motif. The patterned envelope liner is scaled down just slightly – adding cool character to this earthy color palette.
