We printed these gold foil calligraphy invitations for Emily and Alexander’s winter wedding in Delray Beach, Florida. They worked with our friends at Nota Bene to customize our Eleanor design, choosing gold matte foil to highlight Elizabeth Hardin’s calligraphy and accenting with a palette of cerulean and papaya inks on the vintage envelope liners.
foil stamping: gold matte | paper: bella smooth cotton 2-ply + 1-ply | edge painting: papaya | envelope: bella cotton white | liners: vintage world map in papaya (save the date) and cerulean (invitation) | Nota Bene | customization #28476 + #29277
Jennifer and Joel worked with our friends at The Papery of Philadelphia to create these modern typography wedding invitations. The couple chose our Irving design and made a few small changes that had major impact – like a foil stamped border and festive dots on the reception card. The black letterpress and tawny matte foil palette was contemporary but elegant, paralleling their venue Front & Palmer.
letterpress ink: black | foil stamping: tawny matte | font: didot | paper: bella cotton white 1-ply + 2-ply | The Papery of Philadelphia | customization #29556
Using a romantic color palette and one of the cartouches from our collection, Catherine and Stephen created these enchanting floral wedding invitations for their August wedding. Kelle McCarter’s hand calligraphy accented the suite while prussian blue and whisper letterpress inks were highlighted by gold matte foil and earthy vine edge paint.
letterpress inks: prussian blue + whisper | foil stamping: gold matte | font: zephyr | hand calligraphy: maura style | paper: bella cotton white 2-ply + 1-ply | edge painting: vine | Elizabeth Grace | customization #27242
Mary and Elizabeth chose our Leigha Spring design for their elegant wedding invitations. They made a few small but significant changes – like switching up the orientation of the design, centering the formal text and printing in a monochromatic palette of charcoal and pale gray inks. The overall effect is refined and classic from the invitation through to the reply, reception and events cards.
letterpress inks: charcoal + pale gray | fonts: danube + impression | paper: bella cotton ivory 1-ply + 2-ply | Elizabeth Grace | customization #26748
Jade and Alexander chose our Modern Fete letterpress wedding invitations for their fourth of July celebration. They submitted custom artwork of the San Francisco skyline inviting their guests to join them to watch the fireworks.
letterpress ink: yolk | foil stamping: silver matte | font: alouette | paper: bella cotton 1-ply white | customization #: 17570 | Union Street Papery
Theresa and Eric went for a more classic, less Parisian feel on their customization of our A Bientot wedding invitation design. The sweet stripes and floral motif were removed and the frame was altered to allow for a more formal, traditional layout. The Augustine Damask envelope liner pattern ups the romance and pairs perfectly with the motif.
letterpress ink: prussian blue | foil stamping: gold matte | fonts: jubilant + grace | paper: bella cotton 1-ply + 2-ply ivory | foil edging: gold matte | envelope: bella cotton ivory | envelope liner: augustine damask pattern in prussian blue ink | customization #17497 | Judy Paulen Designs
