Stephanie worked with our friends at Brenda Himmel Stationery to customize our Gournay design for Natalie’s bridal shower luncheon invitations. The barely there lace inspired pattern was letterpress printed in blind deboss while the text was printed in classic pewter. The modern #10 size card and design inspired envelope liner further personalized these darling invitations.

Today we’re sharing a romantic real wedding that took place earlier this month at the beautiful Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm! Jaclyn and Camilo worked with the team at our flagship store to create their calligraphy wedding invitations, which featured our Gournay design by Kelle McCarter customized with hand calligraphy accents by Debi Zeinert. Debi also hand calligraphed their invitation envelopes to match! Pink details (including the rose gold foil highlights on their invitations) were used throughout the entire wedding, from the pale pink bridesmaid dresses and flower bouquets to their elaborate floral cake and centerpieces! For their California winery wedding, Lindsay and Jared customized our Gournay design by using Debi Zeinert’s casually elegant hand calligraphy and a custom print that we turned into an envelope liner. If you look closely you can see the lace-like pattern that is blind debossed on the invitations – it adds a subtle charm to these three color vintage letterpress wedding invitations.

There is nothing like the textural beauty of letterpress and, when it takes its ultimate form with an intricate blind deboss impression, the result is stunning. The ornate, floral pattern of Gournay, all in white, is regal with classic hand calligraphy in elegant black.
