If you’ve been by the Bella Figure flagship store recently, you’ve seen our sweet collaboration with Madison Lee’s Cakes: invitation inspired cakes! We worked with Madison to create a collection of cakes inspired by some of our invitations, opting for a few modern styles for one half of the window, and a selection of floral designs for the other. Madison recreated our English Garden design by Chelsea Petaja in cake form with hand painted watercolor florals that look just like the invitation! Our Adele design by Ellie Snow inspired a second cake, with handmade sugar flowers adorning the top and piped gold florals cascading down the sides.
The more modern side of the window features our geometric Briolette design by Ellie Snow, our on-trend, marbled Onyx design by Jamie Lea Bertsch, and our ever-popular confetti inspired Joie de Vivre by Kamal. The Joie de Vivre cake includes hundreds of hand cut, hand painted gold sugar confetti pieces!
And last, but certainly not least, our entryway display! Madison created a petite cake modeled after the sea-side Vincent customization we created for the spring 2016 issue of New York Weddings magazine, with a watercolor effect and splashes of metallic gold.

Several of our new designs for 2016 have been featured lately by Inspired by This, and we just had to share! First up, a romantic rose gold take on our Leyton wedding invitations by Amy Graham Stigler was included in their round-up of elegant ideas for a ballroom wedding. We think Leyton is perfect for a more formal affair!
Our new Lark design by our in-house creative lead Jessica Tierney was included in their round-up of floral ideas for spring weddings. Lark is also up for a 2016 Louie Award!
Our romantic Josephine design by Ellie Snow (which combines digital printing with gold foil stamping) was included in this collection of enviable green wedding ideas.
Inspired by This shared our English Garden design by Chelsea Petaja along with some of their other favorite pastel wedding details. This digitally printed floral wedding invitation features whimsical fonts and hand-painted watercolor florals.

We were thrilled to see our English Garden invitations featured on Style Me Pretty earlier this month! Designed by Chelsea Petaja, English Garden is a new design from our 2015 collection and combines digital printing in soft shades of pale pink, peach, and green with charcoal letterpress printing. Bella Figura retailer Magnificent Milestones worked with local vendors in Chicago to pull off the shoot, which took place in the Symphony Center’s Grainger Ballroom. The team drew inspiration from the Pantone Color of the Year, Marsala, allowing the bold color to pop against the neutrals in the ballroom. With the addition of digital printing, we’ve got more ways to customize than ever – combine gorgeous watercolors with letterpress printing, or pair one of our nineteen foil colors with a digitally printed photo – the possibilities are truly endless.
