Nisha and George customized our Darjeeling design for their gold foil Hindu wedding invitations and used our Roosevelt design to invite guests to a separate ceremony the next day. Their palette of gold matte foil and papaya and shell inks were printed in an ombre pattern as a backdrop for the intricate artwork and Ganesha motif.

Our friends at Elizabeth Grace helped Nikhil and Chelsea customize these Indian wedding invitations for their Chicago wedding. Their traditional palette of wine ink and gold matte foil paid homage to the Indian customs practiced at the wedding while Debi Zeinert‘s hand calligraphy was used to accent standout text on their customization of our Darjeeling design.

Aimee O’Boyle pictured a traditional East Indian wedding full of bright colors and patterns, accented with gorgeous gold fixtures and luxurious details when she created Darjeeling. The bride would wear a traditional bridal lengha in aubergine detailed with gorgeous East Indian patterns and motifs in gold, while her bridesmaids would be decked out in teal saris accented in lovely gold details. An explosion of lush florals decorates the space with amazing food and music to complete the look. To see more of the imagery that inspired this design, visit Aimee’s Darjeeling Pinterest board!
