We worked with Tzo Ai of Ang Weddings and Events to create Laura and David’s stunning invitations. Our Kaufman design inspired the fonts, and modern feel. The invitation is foil stamped in white matte on light gray paper, and the enclosures had the opposite coloring. This was achieved by letter pressing in cinder on white stock. A vellum overlay with fresh florals from out Louise design tops the invitation card. A digitally printed liner adds the illusion of linen texture.
letterpress ink: cinder | foil stamping: white matte | fonts: karin and sweet sans | paper: light gray 2-ply + bella smooth cotton white 1-ply | invite size: f-8 | liner: custom linen texture pattern in cinder | envelope: bella cotton white | customization #71275
We worked with our friends at Union Street Papery to create Julie and Alfie’s beautiful wedding invitations. We used Spruce and Cinder letterpress inks on the invitation to create a romantic vineyard palette. A flood of cinder letterpress ink prints the rehearsal dinner card – the absence of ink on the card itself creates the white of the text.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kate and Jeff through our NYC studio to create their beautiful custom rose invitation suite. We’ll let Kate take it from here to share more about their wedding details!
CAN YOU SHARE WITH US A BIT ABOUT YOUR WEDDING AND YOUR INSPIRATION FOR THE EVENT? We chose to get married in the backyard of my family’s home where Jeff and I spent a lot of time together with family and where I spent so much time growing up. Sagaponack has brought us a ton of happy memories relaxing and being outdoors so it was so special to then have the ultimate wedding night there! We tried to make everything feel really natural, didn’t try to overdo the decor, but keep it really elegant and classic.
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR COUPLES CURRENTLY PLANNING A WEDDING? Take your time, think through the details and focus on what you care about! If it’s music, or decor, the Afterparty, or the passed appetizers — spend the time making your favorite parts exactly how you want them!
HOW DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR INVITATION DESIGN & INK COLORS? With a ton of help from the Bella team and our close friend Charlotte. We wanted it to feel really serene and peaceful, stuck to blues greens and grays to match the landscape around us.
WHAT SURPRISED YOU MOST ABOUT YOUR WEDDING? Probably the impromptu hurricane that popped up on the radar two days before — ha! But truly, It goes so quickly just as everyone told me – you really have to be in the moment and embrace having fun with all of your friends and family versus focusing on any details or sequence or schedule you had in mind. It always goes just as it should!
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE MOMENT? So hard to pick! Walking into the tent once everyone was inside was so special — it was so overwhelming to see everyone we love in one spot and safely tucked out of the rain 🙂
FAVORITE DESIGN ELEMENT OF YOUR BIG DAY? The ottomans by the dance floor — gorgeous and practical for a little (short!) rest after hours of dancing!
WHAT’S NEXT FOR THE NEWLYWEDS? Had a wonderful honeymoon to Italy and Croatia — now back to work and planning some more travels!
We worked with our friends at Union Street Papery to create these Sea Mist letterpress wedding invitations. Inspired by our Neville V.2 design, this couple made the design their own through a different color palette to best fit their venue’s location. Their Pool letterpress details card added texture and overall interest to the set with a sueded look. As the finishing touch, their custom envelope liner printed in Sea Mist and Cinder digital inks tied everything together.

Thanks to the help of Penny Post, we were able to create these Dark Gray and Deep Blue letterpress wedding invitations inspired by our Mila design. They chose a cool color palette with Dark Gray letterpress ink for the typography and Light Gray envelopes to pair alongside it. To add a hint of color to their set, they incorporated a Pastel Blue reply envelope and a Deep Blue digitally printed envelope liner in our Minett pattern. To finish their invitation off, they added a bevel painted in Cinder.
