On this customization of our Balsam Calligraphy design, Sarah and John chose a mellow color palette paired with homespun touches like a jute envelope and textile inspired liner. They added a pop of color (and a shout-out to summer) with Watermelon colored edge painting.

These Balsam Calligraphy wedding invitations (by Patricia Mumau) printed in taupe letterpress are looking positively nature inspired. Paired with a jute colored envelope, the rustic look is definitely alive. The couple chose to print all of their reply by details on the front of the reply postcard, with only an oversized branch motif on the reverse. We love it when someone thinks outside of the box and customizes one of our letterpress wedding invitations for a separate occasion. These letterpress surprise birthday invitations feature Patricia Mumau‘s whimsical Balsam Calligraphy design. Our vine ink fits perfectly with the calligraphy leaf motif that repeats throughout the set. For maximum contrast a solid envelope liner in Chartreuse and edge painting were carefully selected. We could barely keep these a secret!
