This real wedding was a 5-day event, combining the casual with the formal. The bride’s mother worked with the team at Bella Figura NYC to customize our popular Sierra design to create a rustic yet elegant invitation suite perfect for their black tie affair in the mountains of Colorado. It was a week filled with everything from a bridesmaids’ hike, to a 4th of July BBQ complete with fireworks, and a stylish celebration at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch. In-house designer Lindsy Talarico explains her inspiration for the Gordon holiday card:
“I wanted this design to make people feel one with the earth: happy, relaxed, and cool. I have always loved the spirit of Christmas and how it truly brings people together. It would be nice if people acted so loving all year round. I am attached to beautiful things all around me every day. I try to bring that into my work. I pay attention to detail and love balance, white space, great typography, and perfect color combinations. It is as simple as that.”

Valerie and friends celebrated her Miss to Mrs. in style with these gold foil bachelorette weekend invitations based on our Joie de Vivre design. Using our Alcott design as inspiration, Lindsey and Steven worked with our friends at The Write Image to create these pale blue and gold letterpress wedding announcements and invitations. Virginia Lucas Hart’s whimsical hand calligraphy was added throughout the suite to soften the modern typography and add a touch of romantic color.

To celebrate J R and his milestone birthday, our friends at Sweet Paper helped create these fiftieth birthday invitations based on our Theon design. A palette of navy letterpress and silver foil was paired with our bella blue envelopes for a stately and sophisticated presentation.

Our friends at PS Invitations helped Julie and her family customize these watercolor Bat Mitzvah invitations for her recent celebration. They chose our Modern Nautical design as inspiration, and asked us to alter the hue of the custom watercolor for a softer, more subtle background. We printed a blind impression over the white text for impact and brought in our calypso letterpress ink on additional pieces.

Ashley and Erez customized our Studio design for their recent Blue Sky Ranch wedding. Liz and Jordan worked with us at our flagship store in Manhattan for their wedding invitations and for their day-of stationery pieces, all based on our Shale design. The abstract watercolor artwork added a dramatic vibe to the menu and trifold program, which served as a guide to the ceremony traditions.
