You couldn’t find a more perfect setting than the Denver Botanic Gardens to spark inspiration for all the spring weddings to come. We were over the moon to spot our elegant Laurent design within this stunning shoot over on Style Me Pretty. The florals within the cartouche of the invitation mimicked the appliqué of the bride’s Claire Pettibone gown. Similarly, shades of blue found within the table setting, linens, and even the tailored suit matched the color palette of the invitation. Be sure to head on over to Style Me Pretty to see even more photos from the shoot!
Our friends over at Union Street Papery helped us to create these Prussian Blue letterpress wedding invitations. Sylvia and William married at The Holly Farm – a venue surrounded by plentiful amounts of gorgeous greenery. Similarly, these botanical nods to their California venue are also on the details card and envelope liner. The rehearsal dinner invitation printed with a flood of Prussian Blue ink tied the color palette together. Finally, a palm tree in Tawny Matte foil added a subtle touch of shine to the top of the invitation.

Imagine a crisp afternoon with leaves crunching beneath your feet as the sun is about to set before your eyes. Designer Sierra Detrick hoped her autumn inspired wedding invitations would reflect this essence. She said, “Mannon was inspired by one of my closest childhood friends. We spent most of our younger years together exploring the woods to find plants and beautiful colored leaves. When designing, I took inspiration from the way a rich copper hue touches everything when the sun begins to set. I knew I wanted to incorporate the rich copper foil into this suite and the foil against the blue paper is such a beautiful combination. I am hoping this design will make people feel warm and comforted, like a hot mug of apple cider on a fall day.”
Our Bella Blue paper has never looked better than it does with Silver Shine reflecting brightly off the page. We worked with Papery & Cakery to create these classic silver foil wedding invitations for Andrea and Howard. To set the tone for their big day at The Breakers in Palm Beach, they needed an invitation equally as timeless as their venue. A color scheme of Navy and Silver Shine carried throughout the suite kept everything consistent. Our Lincoln die-cut added a further level of luxury to an already elegant design. We have no doubt this couple’s day was just as beautiful as their invitations.

Inspired by our Townsend design, Lyndsey and David’s neutral letterpress wedding invitations were created thanks to the help of Mulberry Market. Prussian Blue and Pale Gray letterpress with a touch of Tawny Matte foil created the palette for this traditional suite. Similarly, the coordinating insert cards were held together by a sand belly-band with a personalized tag affixed. Finally, to add a touch of sweetness, a petite dot pattern in Tawny Matte lined the ivory envelope.
Our new Bella Pastel Pink paper is the perfect backdrop for a bohemian bridal shower invitation. Imagined with Lilac Shine foil overtop, this modern color combination sweetly invites guests to celebrate the bride to be. Similarly to the original, this customization takes the geometric design and shrinks it to make the perfect cartouche. Likewise, gemstones and mirror accents were the inspiration behind the creation of this Hope customization.

There’s something striking about an invitation with a crisp letterpress impression that we can’t get enough of. Samantha and David’s modern pewter letterpress wedding invitations are no exception to that! The couple worked with our flagship store to create this contemporary yet moody suite. Similarly to the invitation, the reply and rehearsal dinner cards printed in Pewter created further consistency. To contrast, the information card printed in Silver Matte with a Bella Black backdrop gave this set an element of surprise. Prism Shine foil edging added around the outside of the invitation created a pop of color that would wow guests. Finally, a Bella Black envelope lined with a marble pattern enclosed this modern yet moody suite.
Our friends over at Union Street Papery helped us to create these contemporary letterpress wedding invitations. Greg and See-Ming married this past May at the opulent Otesaga Resort in Cooperstown. Inspired by our Heathcliff design, this design is equally as charming as their wedding venue. Similarly to the original, this design printed in Charcoal letterpress with Copper Shine foil accents kept everything clean. However, they opted for a vertical canvas rather than a horizontal like the original. Finally, a geometric envelope liner pattern in Copper Shine foil added a fun design element to the overall suite.

Looking for a modern botanical wedding invitation with a bit of a modern edge? Our Farida design created by designer Leslie Johnston fits this description perfectly. Asymmetrical harmony and subtle greenery was the driving force behind this subtle yet eye-catching design. Quartz matte foil gave this design a pop of shine while the botanical vintage print envelope liner tied the colors together with a color palette of light lavender and rich greens. A wedding filled with ferns, florals, and other organic touches just needs this design as the finishing touch.
Lovely Lavender and crisp Navy inks paired together created the make-up of Gabrielle’s modern letterpress Bat Mitzvah invitations. Gabrielle’s family worked with Sincerely Staci who helped make their unique design vision come to life. By substituting a typical rectangular size for a square, the shape was a contemporary twist to this suite. Additionally, they kept the reply card simple and clean in Navy with space for guests to leave their own message. Everything tied together harmoniously especially by topping it off with an envelope liner printed in solid Lavender.
The scenic garden at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu was the perfect setting for Skyla and Danny’s wedding this past July. The couple married next to a 250-year old weeping willow tree with grape vines and the Santa Monica mountains encompassing the scenery behind them. We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Skyla and Danny to create their California inspired wedding invitations fit for their Malibu affair. Thanks to the help of our friends over at Urbanic, we created a design that maintained a classic look yet still had a taste of Los Angeles flavor which featured palm tree illustrations. Skyla and Danny shared even more about the details of their day below, so we’ll pass it on over to them from here:
Q: What was the inspiration for your wedding?
A: Most weddings that we had gone to growing up were indoors so we wanted our family and friends to experience something a little different. We looked at almost all the outdoor venues in the LA area before settling on Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu. When we both saw it, we instantly knew that this was where we wanted to get married. Also, since this was a destination wedding for most of the attendees, we wanted to have the wedding, cocktail hour and reception all on the same grounds.
Q: How did you choose the design and ink colors for your California inspired wedding invitations?
A: We wanted to have our invitation hit on the outdoor / vineyard / Los Angeles theme so we knew we wanted to put a little twist on a classic invitation. We went with the colors of the groomsmen suits (blue), bridesmaid dresses (blush) and added an illustration of a palm tree to give it some LA vibes. We wanted to elevate the look and feel of the invites so we incorporated a bit of debossed text with gold foil for elegance.
Q: What surprised you most about your wedding?
A: When you’re planning the wedding and making all the decisions, it’s hard to truly visualize how it will all end up looking together. The feeling when you arrive at your wedding and you see everything that you’ve been working so hard on planning for the first time is pretty surprising. Surprising in the best way possible.
Q: Advice to future couples planning their own wedding?
A: Planning a wedding is all about collaboration – whether it’s between the people getting married, the two families that are joining together, or the vendors and the couple. It can get stressful at times but try to make the process as fun as possible. Oh, and taste a lot of cake. You can never have too much cake.
Q: What was your favorite moment?
A: Some of our favorite moments include: seeing each other for the first time during our “first look” the speeches from our parents / best man / maid of honor, and Skyla’s bridesmaid dance to Beyonce to open up the dance floor!
Q: what’s next for the newlyweds?
A: After going to Greece for our honeymoon, we’re excited to explore more of the world together and eat more delicious food. We’ve got plans to travel to Italy, Japan and Lebanon soon!
Welcome baby with vibrancy and fun! Inspired by our Koi design, this watercolor gender reveal invitation is filled with watercolor swashes in gender neutral coloring so as not to give away a most exciting surprise to come. The design was paired with Teal Shine foil lettering to bring out the cool tones within the watercolor art even more. An envelope liner in a sweet polka-dot pattern is the perfect way to give this invitation an extra touch of playfulness.
